포지션: Air Freight Forwarding Coordinator
위치: 3001 W Airfield Dr., Euless, TX 75261
TYPE: Part-Time
근무시간: 금 (9 am ~ 18 pm), 토 (10 am ~ 18 pm), 일 (9 am ~ 12 pm), 월 (9 am ~ 18 pm)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and update airline schedules by regularly reviewing information on the website and maintaining records in Excel and system.
- Check directly with clients to verify customs clearance status, ensuring all shipments comply with regulations and proceed without delays.
- Coordinate logistics by scheduling truck deliveries and pickups, optimizing transportation routes for efficiency and punctuality.
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including tracking the movement of goods in and out, to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely distribution.
